Pre-Order Policy

1. Payment: All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This ensures that your item is reserved and custom-made according to your specifications.

2. Cancellation and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of pre-orders, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production begins promptly to fulfill your specific request.

3. Returns: As each pre-ordered item is specially made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and processed. Please consider this before finalizing your purchase.

4. Delivery & Shipping: Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will strive to keep you updated throughout the process.Your order will be shipped approximately 15 days after payment confirmation. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

5. Changes to Orders: Any changes to your pre-order (e.g., size, color) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated after this timeframe.
